Do you want to take a break, doing nice nourishing things, enjoying nature, having time for yourself, or, if you like, meeting new people and having new experiences? Then a week here can be what you´re looking for and you´re very welcome to come. The place and the environment offer a variety of possibilities.

This retreat offers you a combination of soul-nourishing things.
We start the day with gentle yoga, meditation  and a nourishing , healthy ecological breakfast. This week includes a trip to a river beach or waterfall with clean water where if you like you can swim.  Also a  full moon cacao ceremony is included. During the day you´ll have time for yourself too; meeting the horses, go for a walk, write, read, that what´s for you quality time.

Ceremonial cacao is a heart opening medicine. Cacao offers the opportunity to help healing inner wounds and experiencing joy, clarity and peace of heart. On this evening you can listen (or sing with us) medicine songs and we also set our intentions for the coming period.
